Weekly shounen jump magazine on Monday has announced that a television anime adaptation of Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro's Toriko manga has been confirmed to air 2011 April at 9:00 a.m. on Sundays on Fuji TV and other stations.Summary: In the story, the title character Toriko is a "Bishokuya" (gourmet food provider) who travels the world to hunt down the animals and plants needed for the finest cuisine dishes.
